The Designer
The journey of designer Heather Kita's jewelry started at the age of 16. With the inspiration and encouragement from her high school art and jewelry instructor, Heather took a job working and designing at a local Omaha, Nebraska owned custom jewelry store, Goldsmith Silversmith. Seventeen years later, she has created her ambitious collection in her own studio.

Jewelry can be symbolic, an heirloom, a commitment, a memory but most importantly jewelry is an outlet for individual expression. Inspired by nature, she creates wearable art that compliments the natural forms of the crystals and gems in her work. Each piece of Heather's collections is made by hand. From selecting each gemstone for it's power and metaphysical properties to casting brass, silver and fine gold to create one-of-a-kind heirlooms, Heather's work is sustainable and will be treasured for decades.
