Shipping Methods

Most orders will ship within 2-3 weeks of being placed. If there is an extended delay expected on shipping your order, you will be notified within that time frame. you will receive an email detailing an approximate delivery date. All orders are gift wrapped.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority and both domestic and international postage will be calculated at the time of your order. When placing an international order, you agree that Heather Kita Jewelry is not responsible for any duties or additional charges that may be due upon delivery. You also agree not hold Heather Kita responsible for any mishandling by Postal services. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notifying you of the updated status of your order as well as tracking information.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

All jewelry, unless marked otherwise, may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. You MUST inform us via email within 24 hours of receipt of your intent to exchange your purchase.
